Girl Scouting is a values-based
organization of dedicated volunteers who care about our community and
especially the girls in it.
Girl Scouting today
provides a safe, supportive way for girls to explore their interests such
as computers and technology, careers, the environment, personal finance
and sports.
Girl Scouting welcomes all
girls, ages 5 to 17, regardless of race, creed, color, religion, national
origin, physical ability or economic situation. Financial assistance is
available for all or a portion of the national membership registration
fee.
Girl Scouts of Santiam Council
is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated by the State of Oregon and
chartered by Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. to provide Girl Scouting to all
girls within our jurisdiction--Benton, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk and
Yamhill counties
