These are special programs developed by either GSUSA or Girl Scouts of Santiam Council.  Girls choose a patch program, complete listed requirements, and are then eligible to purchase the patch.  Requirements vary from patch to patch; most have options for girls at every program level.  Patches can be purchased from the council store.  See the council Web site for more information.  Additional programs are available from GSUSA and can be ordered through the council store, please see the current store catalog for descriptions of these programs.
